I am interested in connectivity; interconnectivity, mycelium networks, the lines we walk, the marks we make. I am interested in liminality; the spaces between, at the edge, the undefined moments between this and that, the grey. I am interested in similarity; pattern making across the globe and across the ages, texts and textiles, words and gestures, that are definitive proof of connection and similarity rather than difference. I am interested in repetition, weaving, the creation of beauty out of the mundane, looking for the sublime in the simplest of things.
